Thanks to a generous grant from the Tasmanian Community Fund in 2005, UnitingCare Family Services (UCFS) has been able to offer support specifically to fathers who are facing challenges either as a parent or in their life.
As this funding has now run out, we are very pleased that our family support workers are able to offer support and uncerstanding to both mums and dads, and we have a group of qualified fathers workers / social workers / psychologists that we can call on if anyone specifically wishes to talk with a male. Our family support workers are happy to talk with you about a wide range of topics including relationships with your partner or your child(ren), your job, your bills, your ex, your separation, your disability, your life.
We are here to help you develop happy and healthy relationships.
